Randburg Branch - Excellent Customer Service
I spent an hour and a half at the Randburg branch today (longer than anyone should ever) trying to apply for something.
I met the most efficient, friendly person in there, who made what would have been an awful experience, The Best!
Lebo recently transfered from the SB call centre and is loving her job. You can tell! She's amazing and goes the extra mile!! Happiest experience I've ever had! Well done Lebo.
