Raises the bar for financial customer service

Just want to thank Standard Bank for their lovely customer service. Customer service literally called me out of the blue this morning to find out if I was satisfied with the service I was receiving at Standard Bank and if there was anything they could do for me. I did have a query I've been meaning to call about but haven't had a chance to yet so we resolved that quickly.

She didn't try and push any new products or credit cards (as I have found is the case at other banks) - literally just assisted me and that was it. Very impressive!
