This is my last request asking you guys to do what is right, I need my credit card to be closed which I settle a year ago as this is affecting my credit score.
Is it because I’m black that is why you Guys are dragging your feet’s with fixing my credit score?
I am very appalled by the service I’m being given and you guys are one of the biggest banks, I will be taking further action if my credit is still not updated by the end of this month.
I will start by going to one of my nearest branch which is centurion mall we’re I Was issued this card and I will be bringing a friend along who will record every interaction and responses I get and will be uploading the video on popcorn.
This needs to be attended to ASAP as I have been complaining since last year about this and nothing is being done.
