****** or just plain bad service?

My wife sat for over an hour in the Standard bank Galleria, Amanzimtoti waiting to close her account. Three Indians were ushered in ahead of her and when she complained was told they had different queries. Why should this matter? Then she was told don't worry Standard bank is open until 6.00pm. Was she expected to wait from 11.00 am until 6.00 pm to get service? Surely if you are in a queue you are served in order. Possibly because we are white being pushed to the back of the queue again. Not the first time for us and standard bank. My wife eventually just walked out and will be attending a bank in another town.
