R99.99 Debit Order

Last week Thursday I reported to @StandardBankZa account on twitter that I need a consultant to contact me regarding a debit order of R99.99 that went off my account. They promised to get back to me asap. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I have been reminding them everyday of their promise but not getting anything.
