R800 Interest on an Loan Paid in Full. ***

<p>Dear Standard Bank, I paid my personal loan in full, Phoned your call center to close the account and they said i will need to go into the bank to do that. i told them im very busy and dont have time for that. they said alternatively i can send a secure message from my Internet Bank to close the account. i Did send a secure message to close my account, logged in today and see i hvae been charged with R801 interest on an account i have settled. Please explain how is this possible? I have already taken my Home Loan account to another bank and this insident will make me move all my accounts to another bank. i wish i could swear on this messgae as you have no idea how frustrating it is to take my hard earned money for nothing. PLEASE CLOSE THE FU#%$N ACCOUNT AND PAY ME BACK THE INTEREST YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM A FULLY PAID UP ACCOUNT.</p>
