R700 For Bank Statements

Went to the bank for Statements on my trust account.<br> <br> They can only give me 6 Months and the other must be requested. Requested??? Surely they can pick-up all my transactions on their system.<br> <br> Then I need to go back to pick the statements up and they charge me R700 bucks for a few pages. WHAT FOR??<br> <br> I request they send it to me by post but apparently they can't.<br> <br> This is ****************.<br> <br> I am so frustrated with Standard Bank it's not even funny.<br> <br> People should stay away from this bank, they are terrible!!!
