R6500 Deducted on my PureSave Account

Hi <br> <br> Its almost two weeks and a debit order of R6500 was set-off on my PureSave account.<br> <br> I understand I have been behind with my loan installment but no notification was made to me that a huge amount of R6500 will be deducted on one go leaving me with no rent , groceries and with nothing to sustain me over the month .<br> <br> I have escalated the query to complaints specialist
