R6000 deducted from my account by Standardbank

I have been totally ignored by the bank's Client Resolution Centre, today I have sent my 4th email just to follow up on my case. I would like to know why Standard bank on the 28th January deducted R6000 from my account under the prefix of NAEDO Debit. Its been almost two weeks now and Im not getting any feedback despite a string of emails. <br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Mpendulo
