R500 points not refunded

Used my Ucount card to pay for R500 fuel at Caltex Corp in Midrand on 03 Sept 2014. Transaction registered on my account but not on Caltex machine. I had to pay using my Std Bank card to pay. This happened to me previously at a Caltex in PE and my points were refunded the same day still. I phoned Ucounts on 05 Sept 2014 to check when the points will be refunded and the Consultant assured me that he will personally make sure that points will be refunded within 7 days. This NEVER happened and I am still minus R500 points!<br> I sent three emails to Ucounts enquiries [Email Removed] since then, but this has not been resolved, no points refund,no explanation, nothing!<br> Very disappointed!
