R500 00 payment surplus check 28th January 2021. Aretha as Ref payment to Truworth.

On the 28th of January 2021 I payed Truworth account online which Truworth said they didn't receive. I made following up with my bank. Where they said my R500. 00 payment was payed at Standard Bank.

Please be advised As per the payment made to STANDARD BANK DEBTORS FINANCES Which is a public recipient on Online Banking . You need to liaise with the account holder to have the funds returned. ANNELINE.LU****@STANDARDBANK.CO.ZA ( 011 ) ***.
