R1****.20 deducted without my authority

Good Day<br> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN<br> <br> I am here-by lodging a complaint against the wrongful deduction on my bank account as per afore-mentioned subject.My id nr: ***, and Loan Ref nr: ***.<br> Firstly Standard bank handed over my account to NORTON LAMBRIANOS ATTORNEYS- *** and while i am still making arrangements with them, then they start doing auto deduction on my bank accounts ********ly with my authority or any agreement to do so.<br> <br> Summary of deduction is as follows:<br> <br> ********ly deduction by Standard bank:<br> Date From Acc nr Amount <br> 20/05/2015 *** 6 059.68 <br> 28/07/2015 *** 4 544.76 <br> 07/11/2015 ***2 4 544.76 <br> 15 149.20 <br> <br> While i was still discussing with Norton Attorneys on how to make arrangement to pay the loan i took on 10/12/2014 Loan Acc nr *** i was called by other attorneys claiming to be asked by standard bank to collect on their behalf for the same account. (Credit Act doesn't allow this at all and Standard bank is a big institution and they should know better).<br> <br> I would appreciate urgent feedback as this create the set back within my life as i was kicked out of the house that i was renting by end of July 20
