R115 fee and failure to pay medical aid

A debit order went through on my account for my medical aid on 2 January. This put me into an overdraft of about R200. When I realised this, I immediately transferred funds from my other Standard Bank account to wipe out the small overdraft. That was on 4 January. This evening I logged on to Internet banking, to see that R115 a charge had been backdated to 2 January for a refused debit order. The debit order had gone through successfully on 2 January and was then reversed after I had transferred additional funds from a different Standard Bank account. This reversal had also been backdated. Why is Standard Bank backdating transactions? Why did Standard Bank charge me a R115 fee when they know I have more than enough funds available with them? Do I still even have medical aid cover after Standard Bank erroneously reversed my debit order? Please reverse the R115 charge as this is not justified, and pay my medical aid.
