R100 honoring (PUNISHMENT) fee on top of R8.50 failed transaction fee.

I find it quite appalling that you can charge people a fee of R8.50 for a declined transaction and a R100 honoring fee on top of that. So you conveniently call it an honoring fee to make it sound so honorable - why don't you call it what it is - "a punishment fee" - idiots. People are struggling and then you have the disgusting nature of *****ing from them. I wonder how many punishment fees I can charge you for sending my in-contact transaction SMS to my ex-wife for the last couple of years after I have been to the bank twice now to change it, but to no avail.
