Queues
I've been banking with this branch of Standard Bank for 6 years now and I have NEVER not stood in a queue for long when I visit my branch. If I go across the road to First National for anything I never stand in a queue for longer than 5 minutes. Seriously considering moving my accounts. I'm literally writing this report as I'm waiting in the queue.
