Questionable Standard Bank ***** department.

On the 10th of May l logged in a complaint of an Atm ***** case with the Standard bank ***** department. My card was immediately blocked. Up to date l have no received any communication from them except for an automated message which says investigations have been put on hold due to outstanding transactions on the blocked card. have tried calling their line which l doubt works or maybe they put the line on hold the whole day.

i am very disappointed with how Standard bank is dealing with my case. And this is putting a toll on my health. Standard bank l want to know what is happening with my case.
