Good day

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Yolande Vosloo and her team for resolving my query.

Yolande resolved my home loan query and also offered to assist my husband and I with payment relief options for our other Standard bank products.

I really appreciate the type of feedback I received from Yolande as she gave me feedback everyday regarding how far the process is. We need more people like this working in banks to put our fellow people minds at ease.
