Query Regarding Additional Interest Charged on Home Loan
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the continued addition of interest charges to my home loan account.
After making a substantial lump sum payment, an agreement was reached regarding the repayment terms of my home loan. My understanding was that the agreed arrangement would prevent further interest from being added as currently reflected in my monthly debit order.
I am therefore requesting an urgent investigation into this matter and written clarification regarding why these charges are still being app****.
Should the charges be found to be inconsistent with our agreement, I request that the account be corrected accordingly.
