Query logged and being ignored on exorbitant system interest charged
I have a home loan with Standard Bank. I noticed that I have been charged system interest, which is exorbitant. To avoid the interest, I made payments on the last day of the month, making a payment that is 4 times, and still, I had the same system interest charged. I made a query with the bank, and have been waiting without being assisted. My banker did escalate the matter for me with the relevant department, but there has been total silence. Please help
