Query

I logged a query on the the 14th of January with regards to my home loan requesting a fill evalutuon report , I got response on the 20th for lindokhule ngcamu I had some question he told me he will respond in due course I am still waiting does it take him 7Days to respond , I have sent countless emails he doesn’t even acknowledge that he recieved it or gives me piece of mind to let me know anything , Pathetic service !!
