Putrid service from Standard Bank Enterprise Banking from the HEAD of Dept to the subordinates

Standard Babk services are going down hill so fast it makes me dizzy. FICA compliance is the latest buzz word oh together with legislation. That's the newest thing now. So freezing Businees Accounts on a monthly basis is a norm. Standard Bank get your act together. Locking and or freezing accounts is unacceptable especially at month end and without even calling the Account holder. Such poor SERVICE Standard Bank.
