Putrid Service

When I joined standard bank in 2017 they seemed like the ideal bank little did I know It all started when I needed finance & they couldn't help me,surely if I have no debt on my name my bank who sees my salary being paid in on time every month should be willing to help? Well that was not the case. Fine i opened a few accounts to build a credit record Then the ********** transactions started occuring ,within the last year I had 3new cards made because of this happening regularly. On the 23rd of July 2019 another transaction happened. I specifically told the guy that I've had it & he should not block the card,as I was going to close the account at the end of the month. But he went & put a permanent block on the card, as I went to buy food i paid with my card & it declined. I have never been so embarrassed in my life!! If I didn't have another card i don't know what I would have done! Standard bank is officially the worst bank!
