PUTRID

My account had being frozen due to it not being FICA my ID was lost so I app**** for a new one and made a Temporary one.<br> I went to standard bank with my proof of residence and new Temporary ID only to be told that I would need a receipt for the amount I paid for my temporary ID, which to myself is utterly ridiculous and unnecessary, reason being of what importance is the receipt being to the original document. I was told to go back to home affairs to fetch the receipt. Its really costing me time and money. Im really dissapointed with standard bank and will be closing my account! Standard officially the worst Rat hole in SA. Will be getting my family and friends to stay away from this **** HOLE OF A BANK
