Pushed from pillar to post for a tax certificate for interest on bond

I have been trying to obtain a tax certificate for bond interest since a week ago. I have been pushed from pillar to post.

I have emailed several times, I have called.

I have also emailed, *** (no reply) told me to call ***, that is where we started last week. Bridgette Khiba ( ignored my mails after reply) Susan Johnie ( ignored my mails after reply) Khathu Mamathaba (said we will have it by last Friday) Xolo Buso (no help)
