Pump on the geyser is not covered. "it is not part of the geyser" its not covered on Building insurance " its not part of the house"

My geyser has been giving problems for a number of years now. From flooding to panels , plumbers have been here over 4 times in the last 2 years . my ceilings have still not been replaced . Standard bank claims to cover geysers Repairs and Maintenance, BUT now a pump on the geyser is not covered. as it is " not part of the geyser" its not covered on Building insurance cause " its not part of the house". WHAT? I cover my house with and my Geyser with Standard bank???????? Then STD Bank plumber has broken the closing valve on the geyser and does not say a word about it. The Customer care never calls back.......
