<p>I sent two secure messages to this branch, none of which were responded to!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ended up calling the call centre, a week later. Although I spent 10 mins on the phone with 3 different people, the experience was painless and even pleasant. Thank goodness for Lebo, Kwena and the guy at internet/ general banking who's name I didn't catch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Protea Gardens; secure messages are sent by people who are usually desperate and can't get assistance any other way. Please treat them as urgent and stick to the, already too long, 2 business day TAT.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do I change my original branch? Maponya, Randburg and Bryanston branches have been nothing but a dream come true. I'd rather hold my account there.</p>
