Proper service even during a Pandemic
Standard Bank umlazi mega city branch is fast and they provide help immediately. I was struggling with linking my bank card to my Bank App and they assisted me in a friendly manner. Even though the queues were long because of Covid-19, We as the people, did not stand for hours because the staff makes sure that they work fast and assist wherever they can. Thank you so much to the Umlazi mega city branch.
