Promises Promises and Only Promises!!!!

<p>On 10 November 2016 I phoned the Homeloans department to get our Homeloan switched to an access bond, the lady said that we will get an sms in 3 to 5 working days, never happened! Then again we phoned on 25 November, the lady escalated the issue to someone else, then I phoned again on 30 November, this time the request was declined because it was incomplete, the lady on the phone again escalated this and said we will get an sms in 24 - 48 working hours, nothing received yet! We will defenitely never get a home loan here again. Seems like no one can help us here!</p>
