PROMISES FOREVER
I HAVE EMAILED THE MANAGER, R.DARIES ON A FEW OCCASIONS . SHE EITHER DOESNT RESPOND OR RESPONDS A FEW WEEKS LATER.I HAVE BEEN \FICA'D"ALREADY BUT STD BANK KEEPS ON ASKING FOR DOCS AND THREATENS TO FREEZE ACCOUNT. Problem WITH ONLINE BANKING SINCE SEPT 2014 ... STILL UNRESOLVED. SOMEONE FROM h/office ALSO PROMISED TO PHONE ME TODAY AS WELL AS ROXANNE SMITH ..... NEEDLESS TO SAY IT DIDNOT HAPPEN!!!!"""
