Promised services not included (Prestige banking)

Standard Bank offers free titanium credit card fees with their Prestige Banker but what they don't tell you is that YOU need to make sure they actually do their jobs and make sure they bundle this to your bank fees. I joined Prestige Banking in 2016 just to find out this month that I have been paying credit card fees on top of my prestige bank fee. Eventually I got them to stop this and to "repay" the credit card fees they took from me. But then they only did it for the past 6 months... So Standard Bank just keeps the rest that I have been paying for 2 years because it is my own fault "for not making sure that they did not make any errors". So basically, it they can get away with it for more than 6 months without you noticing then they get to do whatever they want! Standard Bank - WHERE IT IS THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS JOB TO MAKE SURE THE BANK DOESN'T ***** YOUR MONEY! This really is the prefect reason to change banks.
