Progress payment

Standard Bank granted us a 1.5 million loan. On a 10 million unbonded property. The assessor was there on Monday . Assured us the house is 85%done. They paidR 7000???? So there's R69000 left that they owe us and only 15%left to do? We have been struggling so much to get any money from the bond we were granted. We are paying installments all ready but can't move in because we can't finish
