I went to Jabulani mall standard bank and was not satisfied about the way the agent was assisting, I asked for the manager, the manager was Mduduzi Mazibuko a kind calm and hard working person who resolved my query , in the midst of resolving my query the staff was coming to him with different problems and he handled those problems professionally and in a calm manner he really deserve the managerial position/ I went out of the bank a happy persom
