Professional /Private Banking has the worst banking experience. Feels exactly like Capitec.

Standard Bank Professional and Private banking is definately something you should stay away from. If you can find another bank all in good time. Please do. Otherwise stay away from it.

Service_ no different than joining the Capitec queue for a personal loan. Person/Private banking_always never equiped in understanding what you need as a client. No benefit in terms of even accessing a bond nor changing your financing to them. I ones had Car insurance as well. It was 10 times worse. Funeral insurance a big no. As for my will. They have lost it a number of times.

Theres no better story to tell. I have personally changed bankers 4 times already in 2 years. Last men who was doing a great job was Edward who invited me into the private banking space.
