Problems amending my surname on my Standard Bank account

A while ago I got married and only recently got around to changing my surname and getting a new ID etc and started updating my details on my accounts. When I got to Standard Bank to do this the problems started. Firstly they amended the surname on my 7 day notice savings account but not on my Cheque account, this is a problem because any time I need proof of bank account my account(which my salary goes into and I pay all the service fees and for all the transactions on) is now seen as a 3rd party account which is pretty useless to me. When I went back to ask what was going on I was told they would fix it. After it still not being fixed after a few weeks I went back and asked to speak to the branch manager. I told him I was not pleased at all as I keep trying to register for E-filing but can't because they can't verify my bank account as the surname is wrong. I was then told it was an error on the system as it was supposed to update it automatically when they changed the savings account and was assured it would be fixed. A few weeks after that it was "fixed" but now they have spelled my surname wrong on the cheque account which doesn't make any sense to me as it is spelled right on the savings account. To give you an idea, my surname is Niemann, notice the DOUBLE "N" at the end. My cheque account now belongs to Nieman, SINGLE "N" at the end, which according to any organization that requires proof of bank, is still not me. So once again I contacted Standard bank and was told that IT would sort it out. But still nothing. I don't understand how difficult it is just to add another "N" at the end especially seeing as how my savings account is spelled that way? Am I always going to have a 3rd party bank account because I'm not getting any reaction out of Standard Bank to fix it all that happens is I get told it's system errors. How many system errors can there be on one account and for the same thing??
