Problem with Standard Bank ATM

On the 3rd of July 2019 I tried to withdraw funds from Standard Bank ATM machine outside Spar in Uvongo KZN. I inserted my card and pin number and entered the amount required. I just want to point out that this machine looks outdated and that I have never been to this ATM machine before. The machine made a constant turning sound and NO money was paid out. I was shocked because this has never happened to me before. I waited a couple of minutes but the machine reset for the next customer. I inserted my card again to check my balance and according to the machine the money was withdrawn????????. I immediately contacted the call center at Standard Bank and reported this incident to them. They told me that this happens often and that the matter will be sorted out within 10 days. In the meantime I am without my money which was given to them for safe keeping!!!!. I find this unacceptable and if they check my records they will see that I have been with them for at least 30 years in which time I have conducted my business with them without any incidents and in a very professional manner. There are no security cameras or even a security officer?????. Why Not?
