Problem Releasing funds

Money was deposited on Monday 23rd today is the 25th Wednesday and the money hasn't reflected now what's standard bank problem how long does it take to release funds, funds that have source not just randomly deposited , how long is one suppose to wait for their money I mean such service or whatever it is is not on it makes people angry because the money is needed and this is reason enough to switch banks.
