Private Banking to New Lows

<p>I have for the last few years struggled with Private Banking at Standard Bank. I have changed bankers several times and just recently my private banker and the head of private banking left the bank. The service has never been as bad as it is currently, with a new low on incompetence within the suite. You get promises of return calls that never happen and today i have tried to call them 3 times with no answer. I wanted to increase my retirement annuities, but had to follow up several times and eventually gave up and went somewhere else. If it wasnt for the gact that i have a home loan with the bank, i would switch to FNB. In the interim, i have requested to move my accounts to a normal branch, they could not even get that right. They now do not have access to my file so they cannot take email instructions to operate on my accounts.</p>
