Private Banking is a ******* !

I am a private banking client for many years and i asking what is the benefit of being a client of this nature aside of the almighty fee that you charge. ? this is the reason for my asking i apply for a bond and get treated like **** by the bond department finally i get approval of a bond ... wait for it ... at a rate my private banker assures me is a good rate , a month later my son who is not a private banking clients secures quite effortlessly a interest at more tha percentage lower than my rate ! this is disgraceful ! the disconnect between me as a banking client and your bond department is disgraceful !
