private banking & home loans terrible experience

I have had a terrible experience with standard banks \private banking"and home loans department. It has now taken over 3 months and my building loan has still not been finalised. From day 1 the documentation has been incorrect with wrong values and constantly changing interest rates with no explanation. After several requests no one can explain the changed rates and no one is willing to state in writing what the rate being offered to me actually is. They seem to just pass the blame but not actually give any answers"
