Private banking experience with Standard Bank

Private banking comes with fat bank charges but with Standard Bank private banking every penny is worth it. My private banker Katlego Mogadima (she is the best) is on maternity leave and left me in the hands of Samantha Moshe who went all out to make sure l got what l wanted, she kept on calling me to give me updates, she sends an email she calls, l was so impressed. On the other hand Katlego who is on maternity leave also called to check if lm happy with the service l was getting whilst she is on leave . My experience with the bank has been nothing but phenomenal. I feel like I asked for a glass of water and they gave me the whole ocean.
