Private banking appalling

<p>I have been with private banking for over 3 years. My private banker changes so often and now I am not even notified so never know who to contact when I need something. I required urgent documents and emails and phone calls were completely ignored forcing me to go into a branch. I have paid for absolutely no benefit over a regular account where you have to go into a branch. Many times in the last two years have requests and enquiries been completely ignored. </p>
