PRIVATE BANKING

What are we paying for with Private Banking. It is such a ******* with no good service. being a private baking client since November 2014, i was yet to receive my banking cards in February 2015!!!! Very disappointing. Every facility app**** took so long to apply for services which were ultimately not granted. Should the private banker not guide you in this respect? then i asked for a limit increase in internet banking, and i landed up going into a branch to sort it out. should the banker not have sorted this out? again what am i paying for. <br> <br> Currently i am a MBA student and have been banking with Standard Bank for the last 28 years. I have my home loan with the bank as well. I am moving my entire portfolio over to FNB as they have given me a better overall deal.<br> <br> Very Disappointing.
