Private Banker to the rescue
For four months I struggled with Standard Bank selfhelp banking. They sent me from the one department to the other. Yesterday I just had enough of it and phoned our previous Private Banker, Liana van Niekerk. Within a couple of minutes I had my answers and could do what I had to, to avoid future problems. Thank you to a great person!
