Private banker is a joke
I used to have a private banker called Janine. she got the job done but when she retired I received her replacement Tebogo. Of the 4 or 5 issues I asked him to sort out over the past few years I had to sort them out myself as he is just incapable of even arranging a bank statement. I have complained to his superiors and even asked for his replacement but was ignored.
