Priscribed debt

I have been in constant contact with Standard Bank regarding a prescribed debt that they have listed me for . <br> Under prescription laws I am not liable for any debt due to Standard Bank , they are giving me the run around while my name is listed and are making life a hell for me . I spent 30 minutes on a call to them with no joy . <br> I also sent an email directly to the Dispute Resolution Center with no joy my reference is ***. <br> I never received notification nor have I made payment in well over 7 years , nor have I had any form of contact with them . All the other creditors have declared the debt as prescribed , Why is Standard Bank still blacklisting me , further to that they say the debt is in arrears for 8 months , that is impossible if no payment was made and the bank account was not in use with no money going in or out of the account . <br> Please provide the letter of Prescription with immediate effect and remove my name from ITC .
