Price Gouging

Have you taken to price gouging? Recently you charged my wife overR400 for a cheque, which I cashed. She pays prestige fees and has 4 free cheques. Further she and I confirmed that there would be no charge when the cheque was cashed. When is a cheque not a cheque? - What sort of convoluted skulduggery was the call centre trying to present? You need to find some integrity again fast. Price gouging is not the way to go and you appear to moving down a road that is likely to cost you dearly in the future. I urge to reconsider your actions and the route you appear to wish to follow. Just try act with some integrity.
