Prestige Call Centre never picks up the phoneq

<p>I tried calling the Prestige Call Centre today about 3 times and no one picks up the phone. I need to make an urgent request but they dont pick up so I dont know what to do. I have been wasting my airtime hearing the song play all the time. Why should I be a Prestige client if this is the service I get ?</p>
