Prestige Banking - stay away

"Prestige Banking" - what a joke. Would be better off banking with Capitec. Prestige is supposed to have the convenience of a banker you can email at any time with queries. I emailed my 'personal' banker with absolutely no response. Then, I tried following up with a mail to their generic COJ.PrestigeBanking address. No response in 2 weeks. Pathetic really. Calling them is no better, you just go through to a generic call centre. Prestige Banking is for chumps.
