Prestige banking service is pathetic

Good Day

I am appalled at the service received from your teams of bankers at Westville branch. When ever I request assistance I am either ignored or asked to read my messages for clarity. During this COVID 19 time I requested assurance from my banker Nontokozo Mthalane but she was been plain down rude and disrespectful! I have escalated the service delivery many times to Nalini Bhana however I am not receiving any positive feedback. I would like a change of my branch and banker !
