Prestige Banking is not helpful

I have app**** for a home loan through RBA homes, and when I enquired they told me my application was declined due to the property being not worth lending for. RBA has built more than a 10000 houses and they have been securing loans through major banks. Why is it that when I apply they see the property as not worth lending for? I didn't even know what prestige banking was and when I was told if I join it will be easier for me to obtain a home loan with a better interest rate. But all I get is being declined, I would like to know what did they look at to declare the property not fit for them to issue a home loan for it. If not then I think it's better for me to switch to the bank that is willing to offer me the home loan. My so called prestige banker, Phumzile Nkambule, is not helpful. Everytime I call her, she doesn't answer her phone. So what was the point of duping me into switching to prestige banking if I don''t even benefit from it?
